Privacy Policy
Overview
contentManager is a personal automation tool built and operated by Engin Gedik. It is used to schedule and publish social media content — primarily short-form video — to platforms including Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. This privacy policy describes how the application handles data in connection with those platforms.
Data We Access
When you connect a social media account to contentManager, the application may access:
- Your Instagram account profile information (username, account ID)
- Content publishing permissions (to post media on your behalf)
- Instagram Insights data (for accounts you own or manage)
- Basic account metadata required by the Instagram Graph API
How We Use Your Data
Data accessed through the Meta/Instagram API is used solely to:
- Authenticate and authorize publishing requests
- Upload and publish media content to your connected Instagram account
- Retrieve post performance metrics for your own content
We do not sell, share, rent, or otherwise disclose your data to any third parties.
Data Storage
Access tokens and credentials are stored locally on a private server operated by Engin Gedik. They are not stored in any third-party database or cloud service accessible to the public. Tokens are used only for API requests on your behalf and are not transmitted to any external service beyond the respective platform APIs (Meta/Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
Data Retention
Access tokens are retained only as long as the connected account remains active in the application. You may revoke access at any time through your Instagram account settings under Settings → Apps and Websites.

Children's Privacy
This application is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
