By accessing or using contentManager ("the Application"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Application. contentManager is a personal automation tool developed and operated solely by Engin Gedik.
Description of Service
contentManager is a private automation pipeline that schedules and publishes social media content — primarily short-form video clips — to platforms including Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. The Application interfaces with third-party platform APIs to perform these functions.
Permitted Use
The Application is intended solely for use by its operator (Engin Gedik) to publish content to accounts that they own and control. You agree to use the Application only in accordance with:

- The terms of service of any connected platform (Meta, TikTok, Google/YouTube)
- All applicable laws and regulations
Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use the Application to:
- Post content that violates any platform's community guidelines or terms
- Infringe on any third party's intellectual property rights
- Distribute spam, malware, or any harmful content
- Circumvent any platform's security or rate-limiting mechanisms
- Engage in any activity that is illegal under applicable law
Intellectual Property
All content published through the Application remains the property of its respective rights holders. The Application does not claim ownership over any content processed or published. Users are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate rights to all content they publish.

The Application integrates with third-party platforms. Use of those platforms is governed by their own terms of service:
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Application is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The operator makes no guarantee that the Application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that published content will meet any particular standard of quality or availability.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Engin Gedik shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Application, including but not limited to loss of data, account suspension by a third-party platform, or loss of revenue.
