From match to published in minutes
-
01
Ingest
Monitors YouTube channels, Reddit r/soccer, and ScoreBat for new match footage. Downloads via yt-dlp when a match video appears.
-
02
Transcribe
Runs OpenAI Whisper (large-v3-turbo) on the audio track to produce a timestamped transcript of the commentary.
-
03
Detect highlights
Combines audio RMS energy peaks, keyword hits ("goal", "penalty", "what a save"), and YouTube heatmap data to score and rank the best moments.
-
04
Render
Clips each highlight, crops to 9:16, applies colour grading, and encodes to H.264 with GPU acceleration. Up to 10 clips per source video.
-
05
Generate metadata
Uses a local Qwen 2.5 LLM to write punchy titles, descriptions, and hashtags tailored to each clip and match context.
-
06
Publish
Uploads to YouTube Shorts (and optionally TikTok / Instagram Reels) within the configured daily posting window, with human-review or fully automatic mode.
